Return And Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for an exchange. Normal priced items are exchangeable within 15 days from your invoice date. No returns will be accepted after 15 days.

The item(s) will be inspected upon receipt. Exchange items/merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories included.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer exchange or refund for accessory items.

No refund or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of products caused by the customer. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted.

STRICTLY NO exchange for items sold under / such as Discounted, Mark-down, and Stock Clearance items.

Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.

Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability. If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange for any other item, subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item, NO cash refund policy shall apply.

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will issue you a credit from our website within 7 days of receiving the returned item. will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.

Postage will be boned by, postage would be replaced by shopping vouchers If the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

You can exchange your order at any TUCZ store in the same market/region where you made the purchase. You only have to present the purchase receipt / invoice along with the items you wish to return.
